Tearaway or Bravely Default did), alas with a PS4 SKU that was most likely impossible. I'm all behind the creative team wishing to move on from DR and wish them all the best on their future projects, as a gamer I just wished they would have sent a much more complete story and not drop it altogether to only go for the shock value effect of involving real world and player, that particular scene would have been even better had they use the camera of the PSVita (just like Also funny how her supposed smart mind was not the result of genetics, hard work or anything, but just due to a random accident.

So yeah I'm being critical, like I often do, but I did enjoy it overall, I honestly can't rank the three DR games between each other, there was just a too long timespan between each entry and my thought process/critical mind changed a lot since the first entry (I play games less than before and have other hobbies which made me much more aware and critical of various stuff in writing), the ending absolutely didn't retroactively ruined the series (this is a ludicrous statement and hyperbol at its finest, you can't litterally go to the past and remove any enjoyment you had back then :p), I found Miu's characters near irredeemable, change her body to one of a fat girl, or even an average one really, and no one would like her. Tsumugi as the mastermind that I didn't predict, but to be fair I wanted to go for the surprise so honestly didn't try to figure out anything (the game already helped way too much on that on a regular basis), but I was always puzzled by how completely useless her character was from the beginning until the end, which retroactively makes sense when she spills the beans (while not offering any resistance at all, which was dissapointing as well) Part of that could have been solved if she was the ultimate mathematician or something (being able to calculate speed, friction, angle of the books etc) but that wasn't the case so it always striked me as a very weak planning from the get go.

I do like that Kaede's plan failed in the end, after the big reveal in the first affair I was just puzzled how her plan was relying on so much luck to happen, like she never did any trial run (will the ball run properly, at which speed etc.), she couldn't be sure of the timing nor how long it would take Rantaro to get to the camera, nor how exactly he would position himself, nor for how long he would stay there. after her death, a horse b twins, most character arcs butchered by the end, most murders being solved because the murderer did that unlikely ONE mistake that messed up everything) lots of characters do not have a proper development if any, maybe it will come in some s-link for some but considering the ones I did (see above) I am only midly optimist at best, I do get it could be related to their fake persona but once again that's a weak way to justify not fleshing out a character. Still glad to have a new Danganronpa game, it's been years since DR2, some mini games during trials are still trash, I was often way ahead of the game in term of figuring out what happened (and I don't think it was up to me being smart, but more than they were dropping way too many hints) the writing clearly wasn't solid enough (Miu's inventions. I'm curious at how Jonathan Joestar.Gonta will be handled (he clearly was a innocent child figure from the beginning until his death) The few relationships/S-link I did they were pretty worthless, Kokichi's one was useless, Miu was mostly useless and of course isn't integrated into the plot, Kirumi I didn't finish and it was mostly idle chatter as far as I remember, I enjoyed the bit of anthropologist stuff of Korekiyo but wasn't able to finish him (because he suddenly decided to kill someone lol), I didn't finish Maki as well but I think that one did flesh her background a bit, I heard good things about Ryoma's one (just seeing his character design you kinda knew he was goind to be amongst the first victims/murderer <_<) thankfully because that character really had no explanation whatsoever for his background. I don't have a problem with the meta commentary and how they decided to finish the series, it's honestly better than going AGAIN with this hard to believe Junko Enoshima's stuff, like I was afraid they'll do at some point during chapter 6 trial, it dragged on for a little bit at the end but that was fine, what's a bit dissapointing is that they chose to do that while not properly finishing the game ironically, while the two didn't have to necessary be mutually exclusive.
Finally finished the game (got it a bit late, and wasn't in a hurry, I managed to avoid spoilers minus one guy on facebook who randomly posted a picture of Miu's dead body
